The Introductory Level of the Developmental Disabilities Mental Health Advance Practice program is designed for any member of the community that wants to know more about the mental health needs of people living with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD). This includes self-advocates, families, caregivers, professionals, and other concerned community members. Our goal for this Introductory Level is to ensure that core information is presented in a manner that encourages best practice in the areas of mental health and ID/DD daily.
